Welcome to RR Events. By requesting quotations, submitting briefs, or booking show fabrication services, you agree to comply with our commercial terms and conditions detailed below.
All 3D mockups and spatial layouts prepared by our design studio remain the intellectual property of RR Events. Renders are shared for preview purposes and cannot be used for third-party fabrication contracts without written consent.
All pricing estimates are based on current raw material rates (plywood, MDF, lighting fixtures, laminates). Quotation documents are valid for 15 days or until the official venue reservation window closes.
Stall fabrication contracts are officially booked only upon receiving the agreed advance deposit. On-site building complies strictly with venue time slots. Late layout changes may result in additional charges.
We accept payment transfers according to the milestones detailed in our service contract. Custom woodwork revisions are capped at three rounds during the design phase. Additional iterations will be billed separately.
Clients are responsible for booking the show venue space and ordering utilities (such as main electricity line connections, compressed air, and water services) directly from the exhibition organizers. We will coordinate on-site structural setup and electrical distribution setups.
